Mr. Huang Yongzhang is the Senior Vice President of CNPC International and the President of CNPC International Middle East. He holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering Management and has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Huang is an expert in new project development, refinery management and oilfield operation management and has spent his whole career with CNPC. He used to work in Africa and CNPC International headquarters for a long time and will continue leading the development of CNPC International Middle East in the future.
