Dinmuhammet Halymov graduated from the Balkanabat branch of the Turkmen Polytechnical Institute with a degree in Oil and Gas Geology, qualified as an engineer-geologist in 2000. He started his career in March 2000 as a geologist in the Geological Department of Ekerem Drilling Management of the SC «Turkmennebit». He began his career as a geologist in the Geological Department of Ekerem Drilling Management of the SC «Turkmennebit» in January 2002. In 2002-2005 he worked as the chief geologist at the Natural Gas Production Workshop of Korpedje Gas Production Management of the SC «Turkmennebit». From March to September 2005 he served as the Acting head of the Gas Preparation and Compression Department of the Korpedje Compressor Station of the Gas Storage and Supply Department of the State Concern «Turkmennebit». From 2009 to 2010 he worked as the chief technologist of the Central Engineering and Design Service of the Economic Strategy and Production Execution Department of the SC «Turkmennebit». In 2010-2012 he worked as Chief Specialist, Senior Specialist in the Oil and Gas Production Department of Oil and Gas Production Management of the Central Office of the State Concern «Turkmennebit». In 2012-2013 was an Acting Head of Oil and Gas Production Department of Oil and Gas Production Management of the Central Office of the State Concern «Turkmennebit». From 2013 to 2018 he worked as the Head of Oil and Gas Production Department of Oil and Gas Production Management of the Central Office of the State Concern «Turkmennebit». From January 2018 he was appointed as the Head of Oil and Gas Production Department – Deputy Head of Oil and Gas Production Management of the State Concern «Turkmennebit». From January to November 2018 – Acting Head of Oil and Gas Production Management of the State Concern «Turkmennebit». From November 17, 2019 to the present he works as the Head of Oil and Gas Production Management of the State Concern «Turkmennebit».
