Charyguly Yuvshanov was born on August 16, 1986 in Ashgabat. He has a higher education – on specialty: hydraulic engineer. From 2008 to 2018, he worked for the state Concern "Turkmengas" and held various positions. Since 2018, he has been working for the "Turkmen Petroleum" company and is the Chief Specialist of the marketing and export department of petroleum products.
