Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”
Niyazly Niyazliyev graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute in 2002 with a degree in mining engineer and geophysicist. From 2002 to 2009 he worked in various positions as an engineer at the Geophysics Department and first category engineer at the laboratory for determining the geophysical parameters of the Institute of Oil and Gas of the State Concern "Turkmengas". He also worked as a chief specialist of the Chemical Department of the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" from 2009-2011; Assistant to the head of the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" from 2011-2014. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a senior specialist at the Department of Chemical Industry of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. He has been chairman of the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya” since 2017 to the present.
