John joined Gaffney, Cline & Associates (GCA) in 2004 as a Business Development Manager, both in the UK and then in Singapore. He then served as the Regional Director for Asia Pacific from 2009-2014. He then returned to the UK to be the Regional Director for Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia Caspian region. GCA is an international petroleum consultancy, which has been operating worldwide for over 55 years. GCA focuses solely on the petroleum and energy industry, and specializes in the provision of policy, strategy, technical and commercial assistance to governments, financial institutions, and national and international oil, gas and energy companies worldwide. In addition to managing the regional offices, he has been involved in a number of projects providing commercial and strategic advice to clients around the world. He holds a Bsc in Business Administration and is a member of the SPE.
