Mr. Luo Xiaoming, born in 1967, graduated from the Department of Power Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in Engineering Thermophysics, has more than 30 years working experience in energy industry. From April 2018 till June 2022 he served as deputy general director of Dongfang Electric International Corporation under Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC). Since June 2022, after DEC became the largest shareholder of Honghua Group, Mr. Luo Xiaoming was pointed as Deputy CEO of Honghua Group.
