Mr. Rifat Sultan-zada began his career in 1989, creating a small enterprise “AVESTA”, which specialized in tourism, including organizing the participation of state directors. Azerbaijani enterprises at exhibitions in Turkey. From 1994 to 1996 was a co-founder of the company “Rasu Diş.Tic.” (Turkey) The company’s activity was the dealership of the company “Çelik Motor” for the sale of Lada cars to Georgia from Turkey. In 1996, he was a distributor of Şkoda brand cars in Georgia and Azerbaijan. From 1996 to 1998 was a co-founder of the company “Azerauto”, which together with the company “Çelik Motor” created the company “Çelik Motor Trading”, which was the distributor of the Korean brand “KIA Motors” in the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 1998 – 2005 After the 1998 crisis, Çelik Motor Trading transferred all sales rights to Azerauto. In 2005 – 2012 Mr. Rifat Vahdat was the director of Olimp Motors, a dealer of the Japanese brand of trucks Isuzu in the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2012 – 2015 held the position of director of the “European Economic Chamber for Trade Commerce and Industry”, as well as the position of editor of the “Ambassador Club” magazine, being the organizer and responsible for the translation and publication of the book of the President of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, “The Grandson who makes his grandfather’s dream come true” in Azerbaijani, and also the organizer of the presentation of this book in Ashgabat. In 2012 – 2018 – Founder and General Director of the “Global Network Partners Company”, which includes the “Global Business Clinic” company. In 2018 – 2023 Mr. Rifat Vahdat became a leading business development specialist at SOCAR Marketing and Operations. In 2023 - Director of the Representative Office of SOCAR Turkmenistan, and in 2024 Mr. Rifat Vahdat took the position of Vice-Chairman of Caspian Logistics Solutions.
