Zafar supports the Agency on multilateral and bilateral partnerships initiatives including the Global Alliance for Industry Decarbonization and Collaborative Framework Enhancing Dialogue on High Shares of Renewables. Over the last 25 years, Zafar has been working on policy, technical, and investment dimensions of the energy transition, from different perspectives (international cooperation, consultancy, industry association, engineering, and development assistance). Zafar holds a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Osemi.
